While this fool continues his scaremongering, Norway has already surpassed 50% of cars sold being electric. This year they will surpass 80% And you know what? The country hasn’t collapsed: Instead it has become a world leader in many electrification technologies. No, Biden is not going to force people to buy electric cars. He doesn’t have the power to do so even if he was so inclined (which he is not). But if he actually could, he should as it would usher in a brighter, cleaner, more prosperous future for all of us:

Next gen Aluminum-Sulphur and/or graphene-aluminum battery chemistries offer every advantage over lithium in terms of power density, rapid recharge rates, costs, durability, recycling, etc. Aluminum + sulfur are available in huge abundance (largest source of metal and non-metal) and not confined to isolated and unstable ares. And they do not require massive investments in rare earths or cobalt. Aluminum and sulfure are both recyclable. I’m not a big fan of the mandates but these alternative chemistries off significant promise over Lithium. As for the grid… yeah there’s the real nightmare.

If the recycling and remanufacturing of lithium batteries are safe, the financial plans of electric vehicle companies are credible. However, people cannot confirm the area and clearing procedure of chemical pollution. So Green New Deal is like the end of Silicon Valley Bank.
