Who Will Vote for Kamala Harris in 2024? – Vice-President Kamala Harris is the most overrated politician of our day.
Billed as the female Obama when she readied her presidential bid in 2020, she ultimately proved to be an early fizzle on the campaign trail.
Harris was such a letdown that she, as the senator from California, had to drop out of the tough Democratic Party primary of that year before the California primary vote took place because it was believed that she would lose her own state.
As I’ve noted in these pages before, had it not been for the intervention of Civil Rights legend, Sen. James Clyburn (D-SC), who ultimately threw the important South Carolina primary vote for Joe Biden in 2020 and brought along with him large numbers of African-American voters to what was then Biden’s ailing campaign, Harris would have disappeared into political obscurity.
But the price for Clyburn’s support of Joe Biden was that Biden had to pick a female of color as his running-mate. Specifically, Biden needed to choose Clyburn’s colleague from the Senate, Kamala Harris.
Kamala Harris is a Letdown
Since becoming vice-president, Kamala Harris has floundered.
Many have argued she was chosen not only because she was a woman of color but because she was younger and healthier than her running-mate. Harris was initially billed as a sober and competent president-in-waiting should something befall the ancient president.
Yet, her performance as vice president over the last few years has been so abysmal that people now look upon her as a burden to Joe Biden rather than a benefit.
Kamala Harris is the feline of politics; it would seem. She has multiple lives. Because even though nobody likes or thinks that Harris is competent, she has been placed back on the Biden ticket for 2024. Things are a little different going into 2024 than they were in 2020, though.
If reelected, Joe Biden will be in his eighties. He already doesn’t look well in public appearances. Biden is so old and weak that the Biden Campaign chose to do a recorded video launch of Biden’s reelection campaign rather than the typical splashy, live events that almost every successful presidential candidate has done at the start of their campaign.
This move does not fill many people with confidence. Especially considering nearly half of all Democrats when polled stated that they did not want Joe Biden to seek a second term in office. Most Americans do not want either President Biden or former President Donald J. Trump to run for office in 2024. What’s more, Vice-President Harris’ approval rating is in the toilet.
Yet here we are.
Biden’s Number Two Will Matter in 2024 to Voters
At this moment in time—with a year before any votes are cast—it looks as though Biden will once again square off against Donald Trump for the presidency, with Kamala Harris at Biden’s side.
In 2024, Biden’s vice-presidential pick will be more important for Americans headed to the polls than what most Democratic Party operatives want to admit.
Even Harris’ benefactor, Sen. James Clyburn, said in a recent interview on Morning Joe that he realized Biden’s vice-presidential pick will be far more important to many voters in 2024 than it was even in 2020, simply because of Biden’s advanced age.
The question pressing every Democratic Party powerbroker must be: will Americans vote for Kamala Harris in 2024?
Although 2024 is not being framed publicly in these terms, for the Democrats, that’s basically what they’re offering the American people.
We’ve never had a president as old as Joe Biden. Even with his wealth and access to the world’s best medicine, age itself is a factor that negatively impacts the health. Throw in the stressors that come along with being president, Kamala Harris will be on permanent watch for receiving the likely call for her to assume the presidency.
Kamala Harris has underperformed as a candidate on a national level. Since becoming vice president, she has failed to accomplish anything at the policy level. Her appeal, therefore, is limited. Kamala Harris is going to be a significant drag on the Biden ticket in 2024.
The Democrats have significantly erred in picking her as Biden’s heir apparent. Let’s hope the Republicans can exploit this error without making even greater errors themselves.

If Biden runs, I pray that Harris is not in the vice presidential picture. If she is VP, There is no way I could vote for the Biden ticket, even if it is against Trump who despite his terrible character, in general did many good things as president and did a terrific job for the economy. Remember also, we were energy inndependant under Trump.

I think it is sad that it is not recognized by people who voted for Biden that they are unable to see his decline in health. It is unthinkable that he can run this country for another four years. He has done more damage than good for this nation in respect to China, Russian and other countries. Looking at the condition of our border, it is unthinkable the far outreaching damage that the open border policy alone has done to the USA. Photos don’t lie! We need a Republican President and a Democrat Vice President, then we would truly see how much they love the country! Just a thought! I agree with Kevin Mitchell. We never hear about what ‘accomplishments’ are made by VP, rather, it is always accredited to the administration. As a woman who works in a male-dominated field (construction), I know first-hand the insidious and passive-aggressive way women are diminished, ignored and dismissed. Even other women don’t see how they favor men’s work over women’s because of the patriarchal society we live in and have been raised in. It’s a bias that will only change over time. I’d like to hear specifics about her performance. I personally like her and would like to see how she can get things done if she was in a leadership role, as to opposed to supporting role that is the vice presidency.

I am now 83 years of age. I have been a democrat for all these years….until…..Joe Biden. He has to go down in the books as being the worst President of all times. His choice of Vice President, that is another sad thing. Can she do anything but giggle? I hate to even see her open her mouth. I do not agree with some of the thing President Trump does or says. To me, we need him back in office. He was a good president and he did more in one month than President Biden has done in his lifetime in Government. It’s really very simple, Trump was elected because the Democrats are so taken with themselves, they couldn’t imagine any other people could out smart them. Suprise, the Republicans did. Harris didn’t go to the border as directed by Biden for months. when lester holt asked why the delay, she said “i haven’t been to europe either”. Then she asked holt,”what’s your point?”, indicating she is incredibly stupid. She also has a creepy thing about school buses (the multiple interviews in which she talked about school buses, she felt compelled to say “you know, the yellow ones”. She also has a weird thing with venn diagrams. She claims to be overworked and underappreciated. i don’t think she works at all. she doesn’t hold press conferences. worst of all, i’ve read multiple quotes from her mentioning a meaningless phrase 4 or 5 times in the space of a paragraph. like when she talked about “togetherness”. she said nothing of any meaning or sense. and she does it all the time. a complete airhead and unfit for office.

I drew my own conclusions about Kamala Harris long before she was made famous and I am oh so weary of media telling us her problems are due to prejudiced Americans who refuse to see beyond a cocoa-skinned WOMAN. What baloney!
For me, these are the bottom-line issues: Harris strikes me as somewhat “dumber than a box of rocks” (as they say in my state of Michigan). She cannot string together sentences to express a clear thought or idea. Taking a few college-level Speech courses might help her grammar & syntax, but probably not, since she doesn’t think well on her feet & rarely answers questions directly.
Her being a woman has very little to do with the unpopularity. She’s attractive, has a great smile, exudes friendliness, & seems confident… until she gives a short “speech.” She’s got a terrific resume, but for the life of me, I wonder how she made it this far. She’s an albatross around Biden’s neck. Single-handedly, she will sink the Democrats in 2024.

I REALLY wanted to like her as a candidate in 2020 but as soon as she started speaking, I realized she had a big problem. She seemingly can’t enunciate a single sentence without laughing! This must be some sort of tic; something she does involuntarily but wow, is it not only distracting, it has proved embarrassing when speaking on a world stage. Representing the US and the President, speaking at solemn events, out of nowhere she’ll blurt out a kackle and smile when there is absolutely nothing to simile or laugh about. Weird. I fear she’s failed upward too long.

It is exceedingly difficult to have confidence in the competence and leadership potential of someone who speaks like this.

Women who hate Trump because they don’t like his personality are obviously Democrats, truly deranged by their hatred of Trump. All you have to do is look at the state our country is in now, thanks to Biden. We had energy independence, not needing any help from Iran, Venezuela or Russia. We had the border calmed, a deal with Mexico to keep them there while awaiting their court date, and walls were going up. Inflation was under 2 percent, gas was under 3 dollars, groceries were affordable..on it goes. Trump did so many things to get rid of the Obama mess. I can’t believe all Democrats are so stupid as to vote for Biden again.

It would be interesting if any of the Trump supporters (cult) ever come to grips with his divisive politics, back stabbing, and lies. People blindly follow him in spite of his accusatory name calling and blind retraction of policies and laws passed before his time that were created by reasonable men in government for good reasons.
